A lot of people claim that music is an outlet for them; it helps them vent their frustrations, makes them feel better, gives them hope. And a lot of people credit My Chemical Romance as one of those bands that does just that. They give the kids hope. Some critics say their music is dark and depressing and will make you wanna cut yourself, but the band sets out to do the exact opposite. Just ask any MCR fan.
