ALICE NINE.--Tora.

Tora, my favorite member from ALICE NINE, turned 30 today. Bwuuuuh. I love his energy when he plays. Anything else I'd say would be completely inappropriate.

The line art is in three separate layers. One normal, one at 50% opacity, and one set to surface blur and fiddled with. I tend to do hard lines when I draw portraits, and when I started coloring with one of the wet media brushes I thought it looked weird. Hopefulyl it doesn't look too weird now.
